34' LUHRS 3400 CONVERTIBLE MOTOR YACHT (1990) "SLIP IN SIDE"
Rare on the market Luhrs convertible motor yacht with a fantastic layout. Unexpectedly large interior for a 34, and good cockpit and flybridge space.
Charming original interior with wood trim overheads, salmon colored cushions and countertops with bluish-gray walls, wood cross grain parquet sole in the galley, good carpet and drapes.
Aft salon, sliding doors to fishing cockpit, down galley and dinette, forward queen stateroom, head to port and separate shower compartment to starboard.
Nice, usable galley with modern features.
Dinette picture shows it converted to a second berth. There is a wood table under the center cushion that can be raised and convert it back to a wrap-around dinette.
Cockpit has factory fish box, Schaffer outriggers, pole holders, and built in bait tank on the swim step; original, not an add-on.
Flybridge with wet bar and seating area. Unique walkway and stairs from flybridge forward to the foredeck. Fantastic for picking up a mooring pin in Avalon.
Twin Crusader 454's, fresh water cooled. Hours unknown. Boat was out on the water and ran without problems last winter. Motors started regularly. New battery charger.
Remote spotlight, anchor windlass, trim tabs, good canvas and Eisenglass.
This yacht sold new for $105,000 in 1990, which is $206,000 in today's dollars.
Just detailed. Shows well.
