44' LUHRS 44 CONVERTIBLE (2003)
Strong, powerful and gorgeous, the new Luhrs Forty-Four Convertible is a perfect combination of Old World craftsmanship and New Age technology. The hull design has been developed and refined over the years by Bob Sherbert, builder of the famed Daytona Sportfishing Boats. Bob has culminated his experience in this powerful hull. A deep forefoot, wide flare and a highly efficient bottom make for an excellent ride in any sea. Construction is all up to date. A solid fiberglass bottom meets Corecell® cored sides and transom for lightness and maximum strength. Cored fiberglass stringers and crossmembers provide extra integrity and excellent sound and vibration dampening. The deck and house are cored as well and the MaxGuard® Gel-Coat is the finest. Specially prepared aluminum rails and supports are painted with Imron® to give the Forty-Four that custom look. A standard, sturdy hardtop, complete with enclosure, cockpit lights and electronics box crown this jewel of the sea.
