More than ever before, technology has become inseparable from boatbuilding. From conception to construction, technology allows us to create boats that are more beautiful, stronger and better built. For these reasons, Jeanneau invests heavily in new technological processes. Using the cutting-edge design software CATIA®, new projects are conceived entirely in a 3D world. 5-axis milling machines create complex prototype parts to precise tolerances.

This marriage of computer technology and human savoir-faire puts Jeanneau at the forefront of yacht design. Our technological advancements constantly improve the product. The decks of our new boats are injection moulded using the Prisma Process®. Our traditional woodwork is varnished, adjusted and cut by robotic varnishing and CNC machines.

5-axis robotic drilling and cutting of decks ensures exact finish and precise installation of hardware. Our factories are certified ISO 9001 for the quality of conception and construction. Finally, when you feel as passionately about the sea as we do, the environment is always on our mind. Because of this we have attained ISO 14001 certification for environmental protection.
