In 2013 Marty returned to the Dana Point/San Clemente area here in California after an almost 20 year stint in Houston, TX as a Director of Facilities, Regional Sales Manager and Industrial Tech/PE Teacher. He was successful in his sales career because he ALWAYS built great relationships and put his customers needs first! Marty has been into boating and other water sports since he learned to swim in the ocean as a kid and learned how to sail with his first wife on their 16' Hobie Cat.

He always wanted to be in the marine industry and becoming a boat salesman was something he always wanted to do so he passed the California Yacht and Ship Salesperson license exam in September 2017 and joined the great team here at Dick Simon Yachts.
